BetterSearch is an add-on for Mozilla Firefox which improves the searches by adding thumbnails and a series of very practical links: open the results in a new window, information on the search in the Alexa ranking, a preview of the search results, and a "file" link where you can see the distinct versions in time of the website you are looking for, thanks to WebArchive.

BetterSearch works with all the most popular search engines: Google, MSN Search, Yahoo Search, A9, Answers.com, AllTheWeb, del.icio.us and Simpy.com. You can also, for example, do searches in Amazon.com, see photos of the product and data on its price, value, etc.
